How do I pay or my order?
After you click on the “Place Your Order” button you will be redirected to PayPal. Paypal is a safe and secure service that allows payments via credit card or directly from your bank account. Once your payment has been processed we will begin fulfilling your personalized order.

How does my order get shipped?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Local customers have the option to pickup orders at our office at 240 Biang St in Mongmong. Click here for a map to our location.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the US , US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. International customers please contact us regarding shipping availability.

How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
Most orders take 1-3 business days to complete. Orders received after 4pm on Friday and during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped locally to Guam take 1-2 days to arrive. Orders shipped to the US Mainland take 5-8 days to arrive.

Who do I contact if I need help?

How will I be contacted once my order is ready for local pickup?
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order is ready for pickup.

How do I change / enter text into the customizable text fields?
Enter your message by simply highlighting any text and start typing. You can change the font type, size, color and italics/bold at the top of this frame. Any field that is left blank will not appear on the card. Your personalized greeting will appear on page 2 of the image preview before you place your order.

Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes, our talented in-house graphic artists can create custom artwork for any of our product offerings for a nominal fee. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@milestonespacific.com for details.
